What the Divine Karma Institute applications are, and what they are not. Read this once. It applies to every Service we offer.
The Divine Karma Institute applications are reflective and entertainment tools for self-awareness, journaling, decision support, and contemplative practice. They are not:
Use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk. The Services do not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or financial advisor relationship with you.
Nothing on this website, in our applications, or in our publications constitutes medical advice. The Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or otherwise address any medical condition. The "neuro" in Halo Mind Sync refers to gentle biofeedback signals, not neurological diagnosis or treatment.
If you have or suspect a medical condition, please consult a licensed medical professional. Do not delay seeking medical care or disregard professional medical advice because of anything you encounter through the Services.
The Services do not provide mental health diagnosis, treatment, or counseling. Words like "diagnosis," "treatment," "disorder," "symptom," "patient," "cure," and "prescription" do not appear in our applications because the Services do not perform these functions.
Self-Aware is a structured journaling tool. It is not psychotherapy and it is not a substitute for psychotherapy. If you are experiencing distress, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional.
The Services include conservative on-device keyword detection for explicit crisis language in free-text fields. When detected, the application pauses and offers crisis resources. The detection is local and content is not transmitted off-device for this check. The detection is a courtesy, not a clinical intervention, and should not be relied upon as a safety system.
Quantum Compass is a decision-support tool. It can be used to think through decisions in any domain, including financial decisions. Nothing produced by Quantum Compass, or by any other Service, constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or insurance advice. Outputs are probability models based on inputs you provide. They are not predictions of market behavior, recommendations to buy or sell any security, or projections of investment returns.
Please consult a licensed financial advisor or other qualified professional before making any significant financial decision.
Nothing on this website, in our applications, or in our publications constitutes legal advice. The Services do not establish an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Quantum Compass operates from a stated philosophical principle (the Convergence Principle) and uses inputs labeled with traditional language (such as Synchronicity). These labels are descriptive, not metaphysical claims. The app does not claim access to supernatural knowledge, prophecy, divination, or any non-natural source of information. Its outputs are probability models computed from your stated data.
The Synchronicity (S) score quantifies attentional salience over your recent journal entries. It is a measure of what your mind has been noticing, not an oracle.
Inkling is a daily perception, breath, and reflection practice. Its exercises are general contemplative practice and are not training in clinical interventions. Inkling does not assess your psychological state, predict outcomes, or provide guidance for specific situations. If you experience discomfort during any exercise, please stop.
Self-Aware is a structured journaling tool. Its analytics surface patterns across your entries and present them back to you. Patterns shown are derived from your stated inputs only and are presented as observations, not diagnoses. Self-Aware does not interpret causation, infer your psychological condition, or make clinical claims.
Quantum Compass produces probability-style outputs based on five user-provided inputs. Outputs are presented as Primary, Alternate, and Shadow Path Probabilities along with a Convergence Score. These are decision-support estimates, not predictions of what will happen. The Convergence Score is a measure of how much the decision changes the destination versus the road; it is not a statement about objective fate or determinism.
Quantum Compass never guarantees outcomes and does not produce values from generative AI imagination. Every claim about you can be traced to data you provided. When inputs are insufficient, the application reports low confidence rather than inventing values. See How We Work for the integrity contract.
Halo Mind Sync is in development. The product, when launched, will pair a low-fidelity nervous-system biofeedback signal with a guided release practice. The hardware will not be a medical device, will not provide neurological diagnosis or treatment, and will not be a substitute for any licensed care. The references to Robert Scheinfeld's work on self-autolysis are philosophical and conceptual, not clinical methodology.
The books published under Divine Karma Publishing, the essays at divine-karma.com, and the philosophical positioning of this site (including The Central Thesis, The Revolution of the Mind, The Way, and The Convergence Principle) are works of original reflection by David Ramirez. They present a particular philosophical perspective. They are not authoritative statements on religion, science, medicine, or any specialized field. They are offered for your reflection. Take what is useful. Set down what is not.
This website and our applications may link to external resources, including books on Amazon, the Apple App Store, third-party support resources, and other websites. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
If we display testimonials, reviews, or reader letters on the Services, they reflect the views of the individuals quoted, not the Institute, and individual experiences vary. No outcome from using any Service is promised or guaranteed.
We may update these Disclaimers from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where reasonable.
