InnerVision · Become

You already know what you want. This is the practice.

InnerVision turns a wish into something you can act on: a clear intention, an ordinary scene from the life you are moving toward, the behaviours that actually get you there, one obstacle you already know about, and a plan for the moment that obstacle arrives. Then it asks you to do one small thing today.

The Living Vision

A wish is a mood. A purpose is a sentence.

InnerVision opens with a conversation, not a form. Ten questions, answered by voice or by typing, every one of them skippable. What comes out is a Living Vision: the thing you want, the values underneath it, a plausible Tuesday from the other side of it, two or three behaviours that actually support it, and the one obstacle you already know is coming.

It is built on your device from your own words. Nothing is sent anywhere to make it, and every line of it stays editable, because a vision that has not changed in a month is usually one nobody has tested.

  • Ten questions, all skippable, all editable afterwards.
  • Speak your answers or type them. Both work fully.
  • If what you describe depends on another person choosing something, InnerVision says so once and offers to rebuild it around what you can actually decide.
  • Hold several visions. One is your primary focus at a time.

The imagining is not the work. It is what makes the work findable.

A Living Vision
The intention
"Three retained clients by the end of March, and six focused outreach hours a week in exchange."
Underneath it
Stability. Work that uses what I am good at.
An ordinary Wednesday
"One proposal open, the kitchen quiet, no panic about next month."
The behaviour
Ninety minutes of outreach, three mornings, before anything else.
The obstacle
"I fill the morning with admin, because admin feels productive."
The plan
"If I open my laptop and go to email first, then I close it and open the outreach list."
Today
Send two messages before ten.
The imagery studio

Two kinds of picture, doing two different jobs.

Outcome imagery is an ordinary moment in the life you are moving toward. Process imagery is you practising the behaviour that makes it possible. The board asks for both, because the evidence points firmly at the second one, and almost every vision board ever made contains only the first.

Upload your own photographs, or describe a scene in words and keep it as a written tile. If mental pictures do not come easily for you, and for a great many people they do not, the written route is not a lesser version. It is the same practice.

  • Upload, write, or generate. Generated pictures are labelled as imagined scenes, never as predictions.
  • Sensory prompts for temperature, sound, light and texture, for anyone who thinks in description rather than images.
  • Your uploads never leave your device.
Eight guided sessions

Three minutes, ten, or twenty.

Morning intention. Future self. Releasing attachment to an outcome. Emotional reset after a setback. Preparing for a difficult conversation. Gratitude without denying difficulties. Evening reflection. And the one nobody writes: maintaining progress after you have arrived.

Every session has the same eight movements at every length, so the short version is a shorter session rather than a lesser one. Your own intention, scene and obstacle are woven into the narration. Captions and a full transcript are on screen throughout, every line clickable, and a grounding button sits within reach the entire time.

Pick the length you would still do on a bad day. That is the one that survives.

Twelve lessons, and a source register

Every lesson says where it came from, and where the evidence stops.

Hill on definite purpose. The mirror principle. Watts on the backwards law. Hawkins on letting go. The seven hermetic principles and the 1908 book they actually come from. Energy and attention. Quantum curiosity. Tesla and imagination. The 33rd degree. Egregores, tulpas and servitors, kept carefully distinct. Shadow work. And the behavioural science of imagining with your eyes open.

Each one carries a label, so you always know which kind of claim you are reading: a spiritual teaching within a named tradition, a reflective interpretation we built, or a research-supported practice. Each one ends with its sources and its limitations, and the app carries the full register of all forty-six of them, recording what was checked, how far the checking went, and what did not survive it.

  • Where a claim is beautiful but unverifiable, it says so, and you are welcome to it anyway.
  • Where research supports something, the actual size of the effect is printed, including the inconvenient numbers.
  • Where a famous quotation turns out to be invented, the lesson traces it rather than quietly dropping it.

You can question a teaching properly only when you know where it came from.

Four claims we checked, and dropped
Tesla and 3, 6, 9
Not his. Traced to a comment on an unrelated post around 2010, sixty-seven years after he died.
Watts on manifestation
No evidence, and his own preface argues the opposite.
A secret 33rd degree doctrine
Nothing of the kind in any official publication we read.
Hill and Carnegie
Carnegie's biographer found no evidence the two ever met.
Thirty days

A shape for learning, not a deadline for results.

Seven days clarifying what you actually want and where you are starting from. Seven noticing the patterns and letting difficult feelings be there without managing them. Seven rehearsing the behaviour and doing small versions of it in the world. Nine reviewing what the evidence says, adjusting, and building something you can keep.

Nothing arrives on day thirty. What you should have by then is a practice you know how to keep, and honest evidence about which parts of it work for you. Days can be done out of order, repeated, or skipped, and there is no streak here to lose. Miss a fortnight and the app quietly helps you start again at a smaller size, because that is what actually works.

Why we built InnerVision

Manifestation, without the part that hurts people.

Intention, imagination and emotional awareness are real practices with a long history, and you are welcome to bring your own beliefs to them. What we will not do is tell you that your thoughts control external events, promise you wealth or healing, offer you a way to make another person behave differently, or let you believe that a low vibration caused your illness, your poverty, or your grief. Circumstances are real. Chance is real. Other people act on their own. A hard day does not cancel your progress.

An important note about what InnerVision is, and isn't. InnerVision is a reflective and entertainment product. It is not a medical device, not a mental health service, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for therapy or licensed care. It does not predict anything, and it will never assign you a consciousness level, a vibration score, a manifestation probability, or any other number pretending to measure you. The shadow-work prompts are reflective questions, not assessment: nothing you write is interpreted, analysed, or used to infer anything about you, because an app is not in a position to do that. Every prompt can be skipped or abandoned mid-sentence with nothing lost. Releasing negativity here means relating to difficult thoughts and feelings with more awareness and less automatic reaction; it never means suppressing sadness, anger, grief or doubt, which are appropriate responses to real things. If reflection opens something bigger than a reflective exercise should hold, please bring it to a person you trust, and to a professional if it warrants one. If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself, please call or text 988 (US) or your local crisis line. Help is available, and you deserve it.

A quiet letter, on Sundays

One reflection a week. Nothing else.

The same Sunday letter that goes to readers of the books. A short passage, a single thought, and a doorway back to your own attention. InnerVision itself needs no email and works exactly the same whether you subscribe or not.
