Move it. Watch it shift.

Three hands-on experiences. Breathe with the first, drive the second and feel your own perception bend, then shape a scene to practice seeing the life you're moving toward.

Motion-safe: everything here moves slowly and smoothly. No flashing or flicker. Concept demo of original designs, not final art.
Settle

Breathe with it

The first step of every Moksha session: let the nervous system settle before anything else. Follow the orb. It grows as you breathe in, holds, and shrinks as you breathe out.

Ready

You don't have to do anything. The breath already knows how.

See

Drive the illusion

Each control changes only the context, never the thing you're judging. Watch your certainty move anyway.

The circle that never changes

The centre never moved a pixel. Only its neighbours did.

The rows you can bend

Slide it to zero and the slope vanishes. The lines were always straight.

The cube you choose

Nothing in the lines decides which face is forward. You do.

Rehearse

Shape the scene

Move the light to find a moment that feels like the life you're walking toward. Then press Begin, soften your gaze, and let the words carry the picture.

Picture the version of you who already lives here.

Moksha is a reflective and entertainment companion, not a medical device or mental-health service. The exercises above are working prototypes of what the practice will feel like on screen. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (US) or your local crisis line.
